We co-manage the agricultural consultancy, which we founded more than 10 years ago, aiming to help more than 300 farmers in more than 5,000 cultivated hectares in southern Europe to improve their productive and environmental aspects. At Agroassessor we are specialists in the creation of sustainable and profitable organic projects designed in accordance with the needs, expectations and wishes expressed by each owner. And we are also specialised in technical advice and agronomic follow-up of diseases, plagues, pruning and fertilization in crops such as vineyards, olive trees, fresh and dried fruits, crops, orchards and livestock. Currently at Agroassessor, we are managing and directing a lot of organic projects such as several wineries, cooperatives, oil mills, with which we produce high quality producce. An example is the Biobosch organic fruit farm, or Mas Auró, the extra virgin olive oil producer farm which has been awarded with 4 gold medals in the international competitions ofParis Gourmet AVPA, London IOOC, Flos Olei (Italy) and NYIOOC (New York) between 2018 and 2019.
We carry the technical direction of Son Felip and Algaiarens, on the island of Menorca, a biosphere reserve since 1993. A farm with over 1,000 hectares located on the island of Menorca and which is one of the most beautiful and special organic projects in the world. A Menorcan site where we apply tools such as permaculture, key online design or holistic management to produce oil, meat, eggs, sobrassada (a raw, cured sausage from the Balearic Islands made with ground pork, paprika and salt and other spices) , Triticum aestivum L. an ancient variety of wheat … as well as many other organic products. And a place created to practice and spread the virtues of organic agriculture.
We are co-founders of the Organic Managers a non-profit organization that intends to promote organic agriculture worldwide. It is the organization with which we have developed a methodology to help set organic projects and learn how to manage them automatically.
Organic Managers collaborates with Regrarians, which is an Australian entity created by Darren J. Doherty and that has been operating throughout the planet for more than 30 years.
